[GreenKeys] TMC Terminal unit: TH-39A/UGT

Greenkeyers,

Has anyone worked with a TMC unit:  TH-39A/UGT. The Tag says "Terminal, 
Telegraph."

I am getting one and am not sure if it is an FSK exciter or if it's a 
terminal unit or both.  Any info greatly appreciated.
