[GreenKeys] Apostrophe and Bell

I've made some progress and I'm happy to report that both my ST-6 and M28  
still work.  Now I have a question for the group.  I thought that the  ham RTTY 
standard for "Bell" was figs S but now I'm starting to doubt this.  Maybe it 
should be figs J?  
 
I copied the ARRL teleprinter bulletin the other night and saw/heard that  
W1AW was transmitting Apostrophe (') as figs S.   Lots of bell ringing at 
certain points in the broadcast!!
 
Can someone comment about the current standard here?  I'd like to  convert my 
M28 to the current, hopefully worldwide, ham RTTY  standard.
