[GreenKeys] Hoffnet update

Hi Russ,

No frequency chosen as yet. I am going to start monitoring 40 meters
for several nights to see if I can find us a hole in the foreign
broadcast stuff. I would appreciate it if stations on the east Coast
and the West Coast would listen as well. Perhaps we can find a
frequency that works for everyone.

Best regards - Roy Norris, K4EEG

I am also interested in participating in Hoffnet. My 28 ASR and ST-6
are working properly. I am in the process of building a new FSK keyer
for my crystal controlled AM/CW transmitter. Once the parts arrive (yes
you can still find the original parts that Irv Hoff called out in RTTY
Journal back in 1967) I plan to get active on RTTY again.

I did check and found that I still have my original crystal from the
original "Hoffnet" on 20M. I think the original autostart net frequency
was 14075.00 KHz.

What is the new net frequency? I'd like to order a crystal for that
frequency as well.
