[GreenKeys] An envelope from "J" - a mystery...

Today I received an envelope in the mail.  It looks as if it was 
addressed with a typewriter (unusual these days)  or perhaps a 
computer...

There is no return address.  Inside the envelope was a single page 
from THE SENIOR REPORT of October/November 2004.

Included on both sides of this page are advertisements:

Cigarette Prices Rolled Back by Native Americans  (including a free 
Zippo lighter)

Two yellow post-It notes were stuck on the paper...

One reads:  DON, WOW!  FREE ZIPPO!

Another reads: FIRST CARTON  FIVE BUCKS!    J

The envelope was mailed from SANTA ANA, CA 927 4, 30 OCT 2004

I am very puzzled as to who would send me this.  I do not smoke, and 
I do not remember knowing anyone who lives in Santa Ana, California

I would like to know who "J" is.  Any clues would be appreciated.
