   Looks like a 14 reperf to me.  I have one, and maintained lots of
them.  Hard to tell from the photos if there is a punch block under the
platen area.  Looks like 3/4" tape to me.  Strip printers used narrower
tape,  I think 1/4", but not familiar with those animals.                

        Must be SOME BIG machine!   3 phase motor!!    5 HP?  :-)
