I conducted a full day of testing of the HoffNet on 20, 30, and 80
meters.
30 meter operations were from 10:30 am CDT until 10:30 PM CDT; 20 meter
operations were from 12:01 PM until 8:00 PM CDT
In general , best results were on 30 meters. 20 meter operations were
also successful but were hampered by qrm from an RTTY Contest that was
going on. 80 meter results were disappointing with few signal reports
received.
Here are summaries of some of the comments received:

A special thanks to Bob Camp who caught almost every transmission on all
bands and provided numerous signal reports during the day.
I plan ato aresume net operations on 30 Meters (10.137300 Mhz) tomorrow
at 12:01 PM
Thanks for everyones participation. It appears 30 meters is our best
choice at the present time for a single band and perhaps as our BASE
BAND if we decide to operate on multiple bands.
Other views and comments welcome.
Thank you all.
Best regards -- Roy Norris, K4EEG
