12:30 CDT:

Carrier to Noise ran about 23 to 32 db when there was no fading. Fades 
to roughly 0 db C/N happened at about a 15 to 30 second rate. S meter 
below S2. Antenna is unknown .... gota track down the cable. Receiver 
is a Harris RF-590 running off a Efratom rubidium. Rest of the setup is 
all audio stuff spectrum analyzer  on a PC.

1 PM CDT:

Setup: antenna unknown ... Receiver RF-590 (different than on 30 
meters) also running off the rubidium. TU is MMTTY on a PC. Copy was 
98%. Carrier to noise ran in the 20 to 30 db range. Fades not as deep 
as on 30 meters. S meter below S2

1:30 CDT

The 30 meter radio is hooked to a 2 meter vertical 30 feet up in the 
air.
C/N is about the same as at 12:30. Fades are about the same. MMTTY is 
getting 90% copy.

I did not copy any other stations on frequency before or after the 
tests.
