Well let me throw in my 2 cents worth on this.

In the first place, i don't think that 10.137 is going to be a problem
on Saturday mornings if your trying to hit K4EEG WRU/SELCAL....
PERIOD. At least not from the west coast area. I'm in central Arizona
and i don't even hear them well enough to make copy most of the time..
If your gonna do X-country stuff, 10 megs ain't the place to do it
during the day. You better have 20 meter capability.

Some one got 200W and a great antenna that they want to throw some rtty
on? I'll listen out here and send you a report, if i hear you at
all......

Then to, that Freq. is only occupied part of the day on Saturday. Not
all the time. I'd bet that them folks up in the NW part of the country
would be more than have others check in occasionally. This shouldn't be
any different than the AM/SSB contests that go on in the evenings on
3870, 3875, 3880 and 3885. Out there 3870 is a real pissing match
between the AM group (yes, i'm a part of the AM crowd as well) and some
folks back in 5 land. Everyone jacks up the power to try and drown out
the other fellow.

Well, i doubt we'll have that sort of problem with the Clatter net
folks. Since they're RTTY orientated, they've got to be really nice. I
know N7EPI personally and have chatted with him before. Bet the others
are just as receptive to this as we are.

Go for it on 10,137.5! Shouldn't be any junk mail about not tuning to
the freq. either. Apparently no one reads my comments on zero beating a
transmitter to the received Freq. It really isn't hard to do even on
RTTY mode.

Make mountains out of mole hills. Egads!!!!!!! Lets just do it.

Now for the asbestos wrapping.....
