For the usual amateur practice the tuning would be:
Transmit mark frequency: 10.133000 MHz
Transmit space frequency: 10.133000 MHz - 170 Hz = 10.132830 MHz
TU input audio mark frequency: 2125 Hz
TU input audio space frequency: 2295 Hz
Receiver mode: LSB
Receiver indicated frequency: 10.13300 MHz + 2125 Hz = 10.135125 MHz
Or use the tuning listed in the quoted email and set the normal/reverse
switch to reverse if you prefer. As long as we keep the transmitted
frequencies right, it doesn't matter if the user prefers the conventional
tones or inverts them.
