[GreenKeys] Three Shift info

I have (from 1983) an interesting publication called "List of Special
RTTY and CW Alphabets and Codes" by Kingenfuss - a reprint sold by
Universal Electronics, Inc. in Ohio. [I cannot find them in Google, though
there are a slew of 'Universal Electronics' listings... none in Ohio
selling SWL stuff. O well.....]

In it are the representations (RTTY and CW) for 3rd Shift Arabic,
Cyrillic (Russian), Hebrew, Greek, Korean, Thai, Japanese and Amharic (!)

Many of these codesets were deduced the way ciphers are broken - by
patient printing and comparing with known words and letter occurences -
not a trivial set of tasks by any means.

  Klingenfuss is still around:

and I refer interested parties to this data.

  Cheers
