I've been intending to start copying my Teletype manuals and put the whole
on a CD ROM.  But of course scanning is a slow and tedious process, and
I have lots of other things to do, so it isn't going to be soon.  I don't
have a sheet feeder.

They may be neither 2 nor 3 hole punched but 4 - the Bell System used an
odd 4-hole punching system.  Some said it was to keep employees from
stealing binders and paper for their kids to use at school.  But I would
be equally willing to believe that Bell Labs did exhaustive tests and
found that four holes spaced as they were was the best way to bind papers
without having them rip out.
