[GreenKeys] TTY-Connect update

Hi folks:

TTY-Connect boards/micros should be shipping within a week.  I have 
received payment from about 2/3 of the list (thanks).

I have released the TTY-Connect Hardware doc -- you may now order parts 
from the list in the appendix.  This doc contains design info, assembly and 
test instructions, and other hardware-related stuff.

The schematic is released as well, as four separate sheets, and the 
assembly drawing as another sheet.  All of these are pdf files.

The TTY-Connect Firmware doc has been updated, but is still preliminary, so 
I would not bother printing it out yet.  I should have this released by 
ship time.

No time yet for a fancy web page, but the files are at:
