Those were used as a fairly stable vfo / fsk exciter for the BC-610.
About the only stable VFO available for that transmitter.

  'Allo Greenkeyers - a friend has a pretty nice 0-39C/TRA7 Frequency
Shift Keyer available. It is in nice cosmetic shape, all knobs and dials
intact, and it has a couple of mating Amphenol connectors attached with
short wiring harnesses - someone was using this beast for RTTY at one
point I betcha! I did not look inside, or try it out - but it's military
gear, thus fairly rugged/well-made.

 Anyway, contact Gene Rippen, soundval at foothill.net for more info - it is
located in Auburn, CA and right now the asking price is $50 obo.

  I really considered snagging it for my own shack, but my List of
Projects even now will currently outlive me by about 30 years....  ;}

  Cheers

John  KB6SCO

PS: What he belives is the matching transmitter is also available, but it
was buried in a trailer, and too heavy to jockey around to get a good look
- ask about it too, if you're interested.
