[GreenKeys] Fwd: A very interesting Telecommunications Museum

Well I thought you'd get a kick out of that site if you were previously
unaware of it. Glad you passed it on to the list and other important folks.

This is in my opinion an important private collection as not very many
ex-telephone folks (or *anyone* for that matter) could house such a group
of large artifacts. This guy seemed to lug anything home that he could get!
Neat thing is that he's trying to get most of it functional if possible.

A nice touch is the sound samples for several devices that one could click
upon and listen to.

Don't forget to click on the Pennsylvania Railroad link in the first
paragraph to see even more interesting history. Fascinating. I'm a closet
Railfan and can spend hours just gawking in the Railroad Museum of
Pennsylvania down in Straasburg PA. My wife figures I would go catatonic
with sensory overload at the rail collection in the Smithsonian.

Regards, Chris
