[GreenKeys] Signal Report on K7TTY at 0400Z

I am receiving Bill, K7TTY extremely well here in Birmingham at 0400Z .

He has been 100 % copy for the past 3 hours but now is up to S-9 in
signal strength.  No hits at all in the printed copy.  Interestingly, I
am receiving him more strongly on my horizontal antenna as opposed to
the vertical dipole array.  Maybe a high dipole is the better choice ??
Or an inverted L such as Bill is using.
