[GreenKeys] Rtty Signal on HoffNet

Jerry, N6JP reports I am loud and clear in Bakersfield, CA. Running a good
S-7 to S-9 with perfect copy...on a model 28 KSR.  I've been running QST
tests on 10.137300 for most of today. Times are every hour and half hour,
with only breaks where I cannot monitor activities.

The application is the old RTTYApp QST Broadcast software developed for
George's RTTY broadcasts in the recent past.  I'll be modifying RTTYApp
shortly and make it available to GreenKeys enthusiasts so that they can join
in the effort.
