Steven,
Don't give up.  Roy Norris, K4EEG, has been sending the beacon on 10.137300,
but is off on two weeks vacation right now.  He will resume upon his return
in 10 days or so.  I am planning an antenna for 30m, but haven't gotten it
up yet.  Maybe about time for Roy's return, I hope.
