[GreenKeys] Copying with Model 28

Well, I lashed up my homebrew logic board to my Model 28 and Kantronics UTU
front-end last night, and---lo and behold---started copying OE4XRC/90KK, the
Austrian Military Radio Society station, calling CQ on 20 meters.

It was great when he sent "AMRS" preceded by, and followed by, a real bell
inside the Model 28. It was so good to hear real TTY churning away in my
shack again.  The last time I had my old Model 26 and FRXD-3-EL fired up was
well over 30 years ago.

Still making revisions to the logic board, but now that I know it works I
can start to package it in a box with a loop ammeter, switches, etc.
