[GreenKeys] Hoffnet

Jim,

One other net you might want to check out is a directed traffic net on
40 meters. It's on 365 days a year on a frequency of 7.060 and down (it
varies each night depending on where they can find a clear frequency.)
I believe it starts at either 7:30 PM or 8:30 PM CDT. There are four or
five stations that generally check in and pass traditional amateur
traffic, followed by off the cuff comments by each station. All
amateurs are welcome, whether they have traffic or not.

Also, there is some amateur RTTY activity (mostly QSO's) around 7.043
Mhz, many nights. Twenty meters is almost all DX work with the typical
interchange about 1/2 of one line.

Best regards -- Roy Norris

Could someone tell me please what Hoffnet is? I think it's an RTTY
net. If so I'd really like to get involved. Actually if there are ANY
RTTY nets out there I'd love to know about them. Thanks in advance.
