I haven't ever seen one with a gray cabinet!  The few
DX-100B transmitters that I have seen (in contrast
with quite a number of DX-100 transmitters that
definitely have the "two tone" gray cabinets) have all
been in the Apache green cabinet!  Wonder which came
first (or where the different colors were in the ship
dates!).
