No hate mail here - this is a very good suggestion - and I am certainly
'guilty' of cutnpasting eBay URLS from time to time. I will take your good
advice and do so in the future... thanks!

Might I counter with a request? Please observe:

--- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts ---
multipart/alternative
  text/plain (text body -- kept)
  text/html
The reason this message is shown is because the post was in HTML
or had an attachment. Attachments are not allowed. To learn how
to post in Plain-Text go to: http://www.expita.com/nomime.html ---

This is at the bottom of *every one* of your posts, because you continue
to send HTML-encoded messages to plain-text listservers... Some of us
retro-geeks read our mail using an ASCII terminal emulator under a Unix
shell... 7 bit only. Greenkeys thankfully strips out the HTML crap, but
many listservs do not. I sometimes have to wade thru 200 lines of tags,
trying to pick out the words... mostly I just hit 'DEL' and go on... :(

Could you consider setting your Mailer to "plain Text" or it's
equivalent? That would save 300% as much space as sporadic misbehaved
eBay URLS....

  Thanks!!!

Cheers
