[GreenKeys] "off topic"

Hi folks:

As list admin, I take a rather hands-off approach to greenkeys subject 
matter, but I also have a responsibility to the members who expect this 
list to stay on-topic.

I don't have a problem with somewhat off-topic things like stuff for sale, 
pointers to ebay items of interest, FCC regs, random technical topics, 
etc.  Heck, I post some off-topic stuff myself.  However, in the interest 
of list harmony, can we stay away from current events, politics, religion, etc?
