I just received the following e-mail from a fellow in Italy who needs a 
ribbon for his UGC-74B.

I cannot help him.

Hopefully some of you folks who love that clunky military stuff will have a 
resource that will give him a Merriaza Christmasini (Or whatever they say in 
Italy that means "Merry Christmas".)
