I think there were two:

1) by Kretzman, Byron, Publisher: Port Washington, NY, U.S.A.: Cowan 
Publishing Corp. 1964

2) By the Editors of 73 Magazine

I was reading both last night and discovered that they cover similar 
material but differ quite a lot in the details.

There is also a similar book by the editors of CQ Magazine.
