I have scanned and loaded onto RTTY.COM a paper written by Irv Hoff and 
distributed by Frederick Electronics Corporation entitled "An Introduction 
To Amateur Radioteletype".

It is a .pdf file about 7.5 megs in size. It downloads horribly slow, and I 
will see if Bill Bytheway can come up with some arrangerment to speed it up.

There are three links on RTTY.COM which take you to it, but if you want to

The piece is 32 pages long, and set up so you can easily print it and then 
put it into a standard report binder, ideal for "throne room" reading.

The info is old, but is an excellent capsule resource for the new enthusiast 
to get a very good picture of what and how RTTY is made to run in your 
shack. Jan Bogue and Fred Tegge will find it most helpful, and the rest will 
be given cause to remember "them good old days".
