[GreenKeys] What about the Clutches, the Clutches Can't Last Forever! Jan KD6EMW

Ever since I heard my first selector magnet stop the clatter, as you all said 
it would, I have been thinking what about the Clutches?  I have more 
important worries in my life, but I threw this one on the pile as well.  Now, I can 
see the felt clutch and assembly on the main shaft of my TD, and I can see how 
to adjust it, but what about the clutch on the printer.  Actually, the clutch 
on the TD needs a little adjustment, for once in a while, I have to give the 
shaft a little push to get it started, then it works fine for what ever time I 
am playing with the tape.  I put a nice wrench on the adjusting nut on the TD, 
but it did not act like it wanted to be turned.  I looked for bent down 
locking tabs, but could not find any.  I am a way better mechanic than I am a radio 
man, so I knew enough to not force the issue.  So, the question comes down to 
adjustments and should I be concerned while practicing my typing that I may 
wear out an irreplaceable clutch soon?
