[GreenKeys] Color Codes??

Since it's for 48 VDC could it be something to do with the telephone 
standard of a positive ground?  Seems like I just read something the other 
day about this but can't recall where I saw it to look it up.  I think the 
explanation was that black is ground, regardless of polarity.

Any former Telco folks want to confirm or deny this?
