Hi Greg:

The sescom chassis IS a 19" rack-mount box.
I got the 2RU7 box, but there are other sizes:

The front/rear panels normally have a clear finish (clear anodized 
aluminum), but black is available as an additional-cost option.  I got 
clear anodizing, since I will label with clear inkjet/laser sheets using 
black text.  If you get black panels, you need some sort of light-colored 
lettering -- I have never tried that.
