[GreenKeys] WRU and SELCAL

While I have no experiece with designing/using a SELCAL system, I would vote for a specification that would not preclude using a mechanical solution. While I would probably use the electronic solution initially, it would be fun to get a stunt box setup to perform real "stunts".

I'm on board and ready to dive in!
