[GreenKeys] loading coils

  My Son-in-law is a cable splicer for SBC.  They are removing loading
coils whenever they work loaded cables.  Loaded pairs will not pass  T
carrier (digital).   I'll ask him if he can get me some of the junked
coils if anybody is interested.
