[GreenKeys] Dovetron 1000T

Anyone have any info on the DOVETRON 1000T (tempest) ???

I have one and sure would like to  know how to use it.  So far 
I've got a schematic to hook it to a 60 ma LOOP. I would like to 
interface it to a PC or RS232 com port....
