[GreenKeys] SELCAL - auto start proposed

If we do selcal, there should be an option that would allow for copy of all messages sent, regardless of adressee.  Many people like to copy all that goes on the frequency and the use of selcal with a "copy all" option would give increased protection to conventional autostart from false starts caused by noise or off frequecy signals.
