[GreenKeys] Greenkeys "Reply-to:" field, and replying to digest messages

Tom,

Yes, all mail from Greenkeys arrives with a "Reply-to:" field that does
exactly
what you -didn't- want in this case. If you are really concerned about
privacy
in cases like this, you'd need to double-check the "To:" field before you
send
your message. I've gotten tripped up by this a few times myself.

The "stealth" aspect is probably provided by your email-reading software.
For
example in MS Outlook, I have to explicitly click right on the message in
the
"summary" window, and then select Options just to see all the "Internet
Headers," which is where the reply-to field "hides."

Now as for Greenkeys in particular, this sort of thing seems to happen
every couple of months. It doesn't bother me much, but if this is a general
concern, maybe our illustrious moderator would consider disabling this
"auto-reply" feature. Then again maybe he wants it on by default, or can't
turn it off. It depends on how quickly folks want discussions to continue
"off line" or whether the community would rather have discussions proceed
in the context of the mailing list.

While I'm on the subject of replying to Greenkeys, here is my "pet peeve:"
A lot of email programs by default "quote" the entire message you are
replying
to. I sure would be a lot happier if folks took a little extra care when
replying to digest messages. When you are replying to a digest, and you
don't
"prune" anything away, we all receive extra copies of the digest. This is
particularly confusing because then there are multiple copies of "Today's
topics"
and it takes extra time to hunt for a digested message. (What was that
message
number again?) If you look below, you'll see I pruned away everything
except
Tom's message. Thanks.

Folks, Sorry for the details on individual transactions. I could of sworn
the emails were just to the sender. <Reply> has some stealth features when
it comes to Greenkeys? Tom
