I used to have one years ago- around 1987 or so. It was really great for
copying RTTY press bulletins. I never did try to get it to transmit. I
don't
quite remember how it connected to my Atari computer, but I suspect you'll
have to have some cable. Seems like it connected to a plug-in module that
plugged in above the keyboard, and you had to leave the hatch door open
so the wire could get in. I may even still have some software around here
for it (along with tons of other Atari computer software). If you're
interested,
I'll look for it and you're welcome to it for the cost of the shipping.
This is
for the Atari 400/800 and XL series. I also have some original factory boot
disks for the old ST series PC's if anyone has a need. Sorry to be off
topic,
but as long as I'm digging through old disks I haven't touched in 5
years....
And sorry, I have no way to copy or test any of the disks- my PC will not
read them because they are Atari formatted.
