  If I may suggest: the perfect place for this request is the Classic
Computers collector list, www.classiccmp.org for sign-up info - several of
us on Greenkeys are also subscribers.

  And several folks there have this hardware, but it is by no means common
and/or cheap even if you can find 'unit record' equipment for sale.  You
are looking for an IBM 026 or 029 Punch - and maybe a Documation reader -
the original mainframe-type readers tend to me multi-thousand pound
complicated big behemoths...


  Anyway take a look on Classiccmp and see if you can find something.  A
very diverse group of friendly folks who collect old computers.  (I
collect DEC minis of the PDP11 family, BTW...)
