Hi folks:
There has been some "discussion" on the admin list (for those like me who
admin qth lists). A lot of admins seem pretty rigid in what they want in
list postings, lots of them producing rules for their lists, etc. Many
don't like off-topic postings -- I find that they lead to interesting
discussions. Some admins don't even tolerate posts mentioning ebay --
sheesh, that's where we find a lot of our tty equipment.
I do not plan to post any rules for our list; I think greenkeys is running
just fine. The admin discussion is kinda out of control, to the point
where someone posted the following, which I think you may
enjoy. Caution: this is off-topic. Oh my!
