The set you are interested in is more of a complete data 
communications test set.  It works from telegraph signals up to 
synchronous data.   It is intended to provide a complete solution 
from 5 to 8 level and from 60 wpm up to synchronous speeds of 19.2 
kbps.  Looks very heavy.
