[GreenKeys] correct designation: is it 33ASR or ASR33 ??

I know it's like " is it pronounced 'tomato' or 'tomato' " but people get
very upset over this sort of thing. Nadcomm lists 33ASR so I think
that's probably the final word on that.  Putting 'teletype 33 asr' into
google.com gets many referances to ASR 33, ASR-33, etc. So does
'teletype asr 33'.
