I apologize for the seeming redundancy about the Broadband Over Powerlines
item.

Comcast had switched me over, and I hadn't given a thought to the fact
that the Mailman Gizmo would kick me out due to a posting from a
"Non-Subscriber".

I enlisted the aid of some associates in getting the word to you, and I
guess it may appear to be overdone.

I ARE SORRY!!!

Anyway, with the large number of defective joints one finds in the power
system, I see potentially an S-9 Noise Floor all over the U.S.

How will they get the signals through the powe transformers? Who will pay
for it?

How will they fund the system?? I suspect your broadband bill will reflect
it.

Who will be the responsible party for repairs, outages, and general
maintenance? I don't think they make hands with as many fingers as will be
necessary to point to someone other than whomever you might get to listen
to you on the phone.

It would be an RF Rats' Nest, and we don't need it!!.

Get your commments in to the FCC ASAP.
