[GreenKeys] Interesting item on eBay web site item#3421589733 : Case of 6 Rolls of 8 1/2 " Thermal Fax Paper

You know, for a while I've had this crazy idea of retrofitting a Model 28=20
with an inkjet print mechanism
which goes behind the paper roll somehow. Maybe a thermal print head from a=
=20
fax machine would
be the right thing, because it is so small and thin. The idea would be that=
=20
now the Model 28 could print pictures or other stuff  along with it's=20
normal typing. The trick would be synchronizing the paper feed so that the=
=20
thermal or inkjet print mechanism feeds out paper at the same rate (with=20
some slack) as the teletype paper
feed mechanism consumes it.

Like I said, it's a crazy idea.
