GreenKeyers - - -

I have moved all of the Dovetron related postings into a separate folder.
Below is a list of those who have expressed an interest in obtaining one,
in the order of posting, with the exception of Lynn Neece, KB6OKS. I work
with Lynn, and am placing him in my position in the queue.

I use RITTY for off-the-air copying, as it matches the performance of a
HAL ST-8000, and has a neat diddle filter in it so that the machine is not
constantly hammering. Therefore, at this time I am passing on getting one.

The list is as follows, in the order of receipt over GreenKeys:

1. - Jact Hart, WA2HWJ
2. - Joe Montano, N9VMO
3. - Charles Ring, W3NU
4. - Perry Ballinger, W8AU
5. - Richard Gillingham, W1RG
6. - Gil Smith, Famous Inventor and TTY Enthusiast
7. - John Burch, WB6GHA
8. - Gregory Moore, WA3IVX
9. - Lynn Neece, KB6OKS (George's place in line)
10. - Bob Camp, KB8TQ
11. - Sherry Hydrick, TTY Enthusiast
12. - Dave Freeman, WW8S
13. - Brian Rule, KC8MXQ
14. - Larry "The Telegrapher" Godek, W0OGH
15. - Joseph Pinner, KC5IJD
16. - Don House, Museum Curator and keeper of Foofy, The Chad Maiden
17. - Clarence Turk, KB0BFI
18. - John Parker, KD7KFT
19. - Howard Weeks, K5JCP (Volunteered to Pick Up Units)
20. - Web Williams, TTY Enthusiast
21. - Bill Bytheway, AA6ED

I chatted with Glenn Galati last night, and he stated he has downloaded
all of the forms necessary to submit the bid.

The financial arrangements are jelling. The attitude is that Glenn will
set up a special escrow arrangement so that all funds submitted will be
put into escrow, subject to distribution appropriate to the outcome of the
bidding, packing, shipping, his fees, etc.

Exact dollar amount is still being considered, but based upon the comments
thus far, it appears that an amount which will be confidentially (for
security purposes) conveyed to each interested party should be submitted
in the form of a cashier's check or money order to Glenn, with the
notation "Dovetron Project" so marked. Receipt of funds will assure your
place in the queue, and thus a unit, should the bidding be successful.

I can fund the deposit which must be submitted with each bid. Bidding
amount will not be dislosed to anyone until after the auction closes, for
obvious reasons.

More as things progress. Also, comments, suggestions, and questions are
welcome. Please submit these to me via greenkeys, so that all GreenKeyers
will be on the same plane as far as knowing what is going on.

73,

George, W7KSJ
