Hi Roy;
If you find any information, please pass it along/post it. I'm a big fan
of SWL'ing.
My AEA DSP-2232 has this function built-in, but over the years the new
encryption algorithms have rendered it faily useless. I've hooked up an
oscilloscope to the digital stage of my T.U., and have found that just
about every 850Hz shift signal you find these days reverses its shift,
baud, and some other things I'm not too sure of.

(which no human has ever seen), and then gives
it to Scotty to connect up - which he better do
before the Romulans blast them out of the sky?
