Also, the "BT" at the end is probably the latter half of the pair of "BT"=

that separate the message text from the header & trailer processing parts=

of the message. Perhaps one is missing from the beginning of the message?=

In fact, considering that & the omissions noted by John (below) I wonder =
if
this may be a faked message, sort of like the ones hawked occasionally on=

the "bay" place as memorabilia of various significant dates in history.

Let's See....

The message was DHC's Second message sent on that circuit for the 23rd da=
y
of the month. 1320Z was the time the message's originator assigned to the=

message. 1530Z is when the message went out on the circuit and was
transmitted..The CFN stands for Confirmation....think it is a class A
message with 32 words in it...!! Looks like old tape relay system with
three letter station ID's... The message is Not complete...the Month and
year should follow the Date-Time Group ...((231320Z XXX XX)) I think the
message is an unclass message...that would have been there..so maybe the
full message is not being shown here.
