Let's See....
The message was DHC's Second message sent on that circuit for the 23rd day
of the month.
1320Z was the time the message's originator assigned to the message. 1530Z
is when the message went out on the circuit and was transmitted..The CFN
stands for Confirmation....think it is a class A message with 32 words in
it...!! Looks like old tape relay system with three letter station ID's...
The message is Not complete...the Month and year should follow the Date-Time
Group ...((231320Z XXX XX))
I think the message is an unclass message...that would have been there..so
maybe the full message is not being shown here.
