[GreenKeys] SWR

I've had my 3el SteppIR up since early last August.  Until recently the swr
has been flat on all bands.  Now I get a 1.7:1 on anything above 17 meters..
I played with the elements, and retracting the director to as short as I
could (4.5") results in the swr now flat.  Sooo...  I am assuming trouble
there.
I've tried calibrating,  That doesn't help.
Next?

Any suggestions before I have to take it down??
