[GreenKeys] Ribbons for older TTY's

I have seen packages of eyelets with crimper in the dollar stores
occasionally. I saw a similar package yesterday in A.C. Moore, so they do
show up in the craft shops. Apparently, some pre-teens use them to decorate
clothes. There are also some plastic crimp-on 3-D rhinestones that might
work in a pinch.

But would it be a good idea to use a 1/4" punch on the ribbon before
inserting the eyelet, or just open a hole in the cloth and expand it enough
to get the eyelet through.
