The following site:  http://www.wunclub.com/index.html  is the World 
Utility News web site that is concerned with the monitoring of utility 
stations, which include non-foreign broadcast shortwave stations around the 
world.  They publish a monthly news letter with the latest listening 
reports and frequencies.  They have a separate section on digital stations 
including RTTY around the world.  See particularly their "Digital Signals 
Frequently Asked Questions"  which includes a tremendous review of what is 
available to listen to and what equipment is required to hear it.  Probably 
the best single source for current RTTY signals on the bands.
