I have an extremely nicely built UT-4 speed converter built in the mid
70's. It was used with an ST-6. Its in its own little cabinet, meter
shows the number of characters in memory (up to about 80 i think),
up-down speed converts from 60 wpm thru 100 wpm. Supposedly handles 110
baud to but that was not tested while i owned the unit. Really a nice
box. The attaching cable is there as well. A mod or two was required
in the ST-6 to put this inline but alas, that ST-6 is long gone and i
don't remember where it went.

I still have the documentation on this. I think i heard that Irv Hoff,
W6FFc was behind it but my memory certainly isn't that reliable anymore.

$75 plus shipping from zip 85233, Gilbert, AZ. I also have some spare
chips in the tubes they came in. Questions?

Remember the UART? I have 3 or 4 of the AY5-1013 (i think thats correct
number). Any interest in those?
