[GreenKeys] 4350 teletype punch/reader

I've been looking for an ASR33 to interface with some of my older
computers but I've just stumbled across a mention of the 4350
punch/reader, described at NADCOMM as an "adjunct to the model 43
Teletype. Is this something that I could use in conjunction with a
current-loop terminal ("glass teletype") to read/write ASCII tapes for
my computer? If so, can these things be found at a reasonable price or
should I just keep trying to find the right '33?
