  I support all this and will do whatever is within my purview to advance
it.

  I have the facilities to set up and operate a 'scheduled' RTTY system
from northern Nevada, somewhat like the ARRL bulletins - and perhaps a
mailbox system.  Also, I can 'bridge' this to VHF / UHF for local work,
and I'm thinkin' of acuiring a disued repeater in the area and converting
it to a RTTY machine - just for the Halibut.

  And many thanks and large Kudos to George and all the individuals who
have put in so much effort toward this.  Sometimes it's the light of just
one candle that tides us over until daybreak...
